A simple online search for "blog directory" will actually get you hundreds of potential directories to check out. In most cases, the blog directories that can be the most advantageous to you will appear on the top of the page. There are many blog directories that have specific rules about posting backlinks. I tend to shy away from those blog directories, and instead I tried to submit my blog to blog directories that were a lot less rigid. Most blog directories let you go through the submission process fairly quickly, while others may require a lot more time.
